Our work and objectives

How we care for animals

01

Rescue and safe transport

When distress needs a response.

We help animals facing injury, illness, abandonment and other distress access care. Our objectives encompass abused and endangered animals, immediate assistance and safe shelter, along with the development of rescue vehicles, animal ambulance services and transport facilities for safe movement to care.

02

Veterinary treatment and continuing care

A chance to heal. A chance to live.

In collaboration with Co-paw Pets Poly Clinic, Coimbatore, we provide free medical treatment for rescued and homeless animals. Care includes medicines, diagnostics, X rays, blood tests and postoperative support according to clinical need. Our broader healthcare objectives encompass surgery, emergency treatment, wound care and long term therapies for domestic, stray, injured and wild animals through appropriately qualified and authorised care. We also aim to develop veterinary hospitals, mobile clinics, first aid units and treatment centres with qualified professionals and suitable facilities.

03

Rehabilitation and lifelong sanctuary

Care that continues beyond rescue.

Our rehabilitation objectives bring together safe shelter, recovery, therapy, socialisation and behavioural support before suitable release, adoption or relocation. Our sanctuary vision includes permanent safety for elderly dogs, dogs with disabilities and other animals that cannot be released or rehomed, giving them dignity, comfort and protection from harm.

04

Feeding and nutritional support

A familiar meal can mean a safer day.

We feed community dogs daily. Our feeding objectives also include regular and emergency nourishment for cats, cows, birds and other vulnerable animals, supporting their wellbeing when dependable food is difficult to find.

05

Vaccination and humane population management

Prevention is part of compassion.

We provide free vaccination support and undertake project based vaccination drives. Our prevention objectives include protection against rabies, parvo, distemper and other diseases, alongside animal birth control and sterilisation programmes undertaken in accordance with applicable government guidelines to address overpopulation and reduce conflict.

06

Adoption and foster care

A safe home can change a life.

Our objectives include adoption camps, adoption portals, assessment of prospective adopters and foster care, encouraging responsible, ethical placements that consider each animal's needs.

07

Awareness, protection and partnerships

Kinder communities begin with understanding.

Our awareness work encourages compassionate coexistence and responsible animal care. Our wider objectives include cruelty prevention, wildlife protection, education on animal related rights and responsible pet ownership. We seek collaboration with government bodies, NGOs, veterinary colleges, shelters, panchayats, corporations and volunteers to strengthen rescue, treatment and welfare programmes.
